12, Ring Plaza is located in Betancuria North and it is where Sanah Senner practices her fortune-telling and operates her Healer shop, which sells some magical rings and amulets and potions. Tea used to prevent contraception is available for purchase, but it is not part of the normal stock and must be requested.

- Healer's shop buys any kind of equipment; however will not purchase stolen goods.
