Master Yance is a member of The Family and a master pick pocket. He has been around for quite a while, and served as a mentor for many of The Family's thieves, including Caron Davis (and probably Timmy). Like any self-respecting pick, he can be found in the Market (Betancuria North). Yance gives the Princess a brief instruction during Lesson 5, but she's mostly on her own. Yance also gives the Princess a nice ring which enhances thieving skills.
