The shot firer was a miner that handled explosives in the Abandoned Mine. His corpse can be found on the upper level of the mine, near some water. A search of his body will turn up the key to the explosives storage room on the upper level of the barracks. He was likely killed by an Umber Hulk. Upon finding his body, Gemli, if he is in the Princess' party, will speak a short prayer.
