Westiano Floud is the proprietor of the Treasure Hunter's Paradise in Ravenstown. He sell mundane and low-magic equipment. He is also the only merchant in the story who sell powerful implosion bottles. Because implosion bottles are very dangerous he will not sell then without proper permit from authorities.
